I have Digidesign Mbox2 with Protools 8. New hardware was added to our computer and when I restart the software it freezes at the loading screen and wont load up. I recently started a new audio program however everything was fine before.
I know the computer is seeing the hardware but I’m not sure if the drivers are issues so I figure that might be the problem. I’m open to any suggestions that you might be able to think of, so any and all help would be appreciated,
Hi i have had the mbox mini for a few months now and using it with windows 7. When i use the software and run a clip it crashes and i get an message prompted by a windows pop up which says “The application Pro Tools 9.4.0 has stopped working. windows is indicating ” his windows application or service has stopped working. and thats it. I’ve tried removing the software restarting my computer and nothing seems to work. Please help
I am having the same problem as well. When I try to go to filters, and edit an EQ, there is a grey box around the entire system, the mouse disappears, the clock is frozen, and it is not responding. It is frozen. I have looked for a solution for some time, and I can not find one. I have a MBox2 Mini with support for Pro Tools 8.
Hey, I have pro tools 8.0.3..I just bought mbox 2 mini today and whenever I click on pro tools and it loads it says it isnt able to find the hardware..but on my toolbar it says that there is a new hardware found on my computer, I am confused..when I installed pro tools was I suppose to have the mbox connected? because I didnt.. please help.
