When the whitelist or the blacklist are not populated, Lockdown has no options to select and no way of modifying either of them. Otherwise, Lockdown assumes that the whitelist is empty (as seen in the screenshot above) and the blacklist has the default list of programs (the programs listed below).

When using Lockdown, you should be aware that it will treat all programs in the same way as if they were on its blacklist. If this is not the case, then you will have to fix the issue first before Lockdown can work properly. To help you out, here is a list of the things you should check:
If a program works perfectly fine in its usual location and you can’t find a solution for that, then Lockdown will block it on purpose.
If you already have Lockdown enabled and you add a new executable file to the whitelist or blacklist, then Lockdown will ignore that program.
