What’s New In AutoCAD?
AutoCAD offers many ways to get feedback from your designs. The newest features include Paper (P), Adobe PDF (PDF), and Print-to-PDF (P2P).
In Paper mode, place a paper copy of the drawing next to the design. When the user selects the Show Markups option, the Markups tool can detect the design on the paper and show it as an annotation, as shown here.

Click OK to close the dialog box. In the Drawing Markups panel of the Markup Options dialog box, click Enable Paper (P) Markups, and select the paper format you want to use, such as A4 or A3. To quickly insert a Paper (P) annotation from the Paper icon in the Markup Tool panel, click the Insert icon, point to Paper, and click Insert. You can select different paper types in the panel with the icon in the upper right corner. You can change the paper size and orientation of the inserted paper. You can switch back to regular annotations with the Off switch. You can also choose the default settings for Paper (P) annotations. To change the default settings, select Settings from the Paper (P) Markups tab. To delete a paper annotation, click the Delete icon in the Markup Tool panel, point to Paper, and click Delete.
