Couple months ago i got a computer and i installed win7 on it, then win7 crashed and i won’t return it to the computer shop.

So i decided to repair the computer using a win7 disk but that didn’t work correctly so i installed ubuntu 13.04 with wubi and it didn’t work either so i formatted the disk and installed ubuntu 13.10 64 bit and it went through the install process just fine but when i restarted i got the “BootMgr is missing press ctrl alt del to restart”

I couldn’t find a boot.ini file or something like that and the boot.ini on the win7 disk wouldn’t work either and when i run the Win7 disk it just said “the volume has been changed” I don’t know what to do. Please help.

I can’t do a clean install of Win7 because it won’t download an image from the Internet and my friend’s computer has no DVD drive. I tried to use the 4.7GB iso with my USB drive but Win7 said it was a DVD image when it’s really just an iso image. I’m at a total loss and i really don’t want to use a Mint or Ubuntu if possible.
