This will select a random one:

This will select one at random and delete it from the table:

I am creating a json file with info from a web service.
I want to create a json file(for example) in to the main apps documents directory so a user can download it and it saves it for them as a file that can be opened in any text editors, so I just have to include it in the document and then its a downloadable file in the app
