On the left side of the window, you’ll find several menus and tools. You can open these tools by clicking the small “tool” icon at the bottom-right corner of the menu bar, or by pressing the small icons at the bottom of the menu bar. Scroll through the menu on the right side of the dialog box using the arrow keys at the top, or type the commands in the box to change its contents.
A typical menu bar is shown in Figure 14-4. It contains eight small icons, which represent the tools and features that Photoshop uses to work with photographs.

Some of the commands in the menu bar are available only when you’re working in the Photoshop environment, but a few others are available in both Photoshop and other programs such as Adobe Lightroom. You can tell when a command isn’t available because the menu bar appears to be empty.
Photoshop includes some standard tools and features. Most of them work just as you’d expect, but here are the tools and some of the more interesting features that you may not be aware of.
* If you click the Star icon in the menu bar, it changes to three points and a line. Click the icon again to return to the three points. The Star tool is a measurement and drawing tool.
* Click the Size icon to change the size of the document window on the right side of the screen, as shown in Figure 14-5. Click the icon again to revert to the full-screen view.
In the full-screen view, Photoshop automatically zooms the document so that all the drawing tools and the menus are visible. You can make the document bigger by clicking the Zoom out button (shown in the margin at right) or by using the Zoom In and Zoom out buttons above the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons on the menu bar.
* Click the Filter icon to open the Filters window, shown in Figure 14-6.
* Click the Adjustments icon to open the Adjustments panel, shown in Figure 14-7.
* Click the Materials icon to open the Materials window, shown in Figure 14-8.

Before QUINN, C.J., and HANCOCK and PIRTLE, JJ.
Appellant, the City of Pine Bluff, appeals from an order granting appellee James
Raymond Jackson’s Motion to Quash. Through six issues, the City contends that 1) the trial
court erred in sustaining Jackson’s motion to quash the arrest because the City failed to prove
that it received a police report concerning Jackson’s alleged misconduct and information
concerning his residency at the time of his arrest, 2) the trial court erred by failing to compel
arbitration, 3) the trial court erred in considering an affidavit from an out-of-state witness
that was not competent evidence, 4) the arrest warrant was invalid because it did not satisfy
the requirement of strict statutory compliance by containing the wrong address, 5) the trial
court erred in quashing the arrest warrant because the affidavit supporting it failed to establish
probable cause, and 6) the trial court erred in quashing the arrest warrant because it was void
for lack of specificity. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

altercation he had with a deputy constable. He was arraigned and later pleaded not guilty.

[Management of atrial fibrillation].
Atrial fibrillation is the most common sustained arrhythmia in older patients and places them at a high risk of stroke. In such patients, treatment should be aimed at preventing complications of atrial fibrillation (tachycardia, embolism) and maintaining an adequate heart rate. The choice of therapy is a compromise between risk of recurrence of atrial fibrillation, stroke-preventive effects and side effects. Oral anticoagulant treatment is the best preventive treatment for cardioembolic complications and can be used in all patients with atrial fibrillation. For the initiation of oral anticoagulation, the CHADS(2) scoring system can be used to estimate the risk of cardioembolic events and the HAS-BLED score can be used to estimate the risk of bleeding. Ticlopidine and clopidogrel can be considered as alternatives to warfarin in patients at a higher risk of bleeding. Unfractionated heparin is no longer used for stroke prophylaxis but for secondary stroke prevention. Oral anticoagulants can also be used in older patients with atrial fibrillation and a high risk of cardioembolic complications. For the initial treatment of atrial fibrillation, non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants can be considered, but they are less well-studied in older patients. The CHA(2)DS(2)-VAS(C) scoring system can be used to estimate the risk of stroke and thromboembolic complications. Anticoagulants should be administered at an international normalized ratio target between 2.0 and 3.0 in patients with atrial fibrillation and a CHA(2)DS(2)-VAS(C) score of 1 or more. For patients with a CHA(2)DS(2)-VAS(C) score of 2, warfarin should be started at a low dose.Evaluation of the genotoxic potential of indomethacin and sulindac in mice.
