Using the PAGE command
By default, a page in AutoCAD contains objects only from the specified page layout. To add objects from other layouts, select the objects first. The selected objects are turned on in the 3D Viewport, and an indicator appears over their selection handles.
Before you add objects to a page, select an object and press the F1 key to open the Object Help system.
The Object Help system appears.
If you are using a keyboard with only two function keys (F1 and F2), then press F2 to display the help for the object.
