ganntrader 3.0.9 is not only a share trading software, it has been built with charting and analytical tools for day trading and swing trading. so you can set your live trading line up in the charts or use the live charts. if you trade by the price you can use the price charts, the 1×1 price and if you want to set your own price, you can use the gann charts. the ganntrader 3.9’s price charting can be set up in a number of ways.
charting is one of the key tools in our ganntrader. the charting software in ganntrader 3.0 is based on the nasdaq and includes a basic candlestick chart with backtesting capability. the charting software is one of the most powerful tools for charting the markets. the charting in the ganntrader is very easy to use.
there is something magical about using the ganntrader. ganns’ time period for trade entry is defined by the number of months that the period of time that a price is maintained. in the ganntrader you can start trading, from as short as 3 months to 5 months. as a trader you can set the number of months that you hold a trade for. a ganntrader user could hold a trade for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months. this gives you a great deal of control over your trading.
the nasdaq is one of the world’s largest markets and an excellent tool to use. the nasdaq market is based on the 1×1 day chart. a 1×1 is essentially a 1% scale down from the nasdaq’s daily price. so the 1×1 is only one price point, but the chart covers the entire nasdaq daily price. the 1×1 chart is the chart that is used in the ganntrader. if you want to look at the 1×1 chart, just set the 1×1 chart to 1×1. all of the 1×1 charts in the ganntrader can be set to either the nasdaq’s live price or the ganntrader 1×1’s price.
ganntrader works best as a swing trading system. the lts method is a method that uses the otl. this is the most common of the three system types. two market conditions are used for this system: overbought (otl) and underbought (btl). the data are recorded and inputted into a six cycle forecast pattern. the lts method is based on several overlapping trendlines. overbought trend lines (otl) are drawn up or down depending on whether the price changes make lower lows or higher highs for at least three days. underbought trend lines (btl) are drawn down or up depending on whether the price changes make lower lows or higher highs for at least three days. lts plans to be bullish when the prices are above the previous high and the value of the otl is still above the same previous high. this means that the market is in an overbought condition. lts is bullish when the market is making higher highs and the value of the otl is above the same high. this means the market is in a bullish trend. an underbought market can fall very low and sometimes, use the btl, but it can also fall very high.
gann’s third strategy is the mt trend system. this is a more mathematical method than a traditional trading system. some forex online trading methods that use x y z charts are mathematical methods, but this is a completely different and separate method. the mt trend system is based on a 3 cycle forex system. the three types are the following: the bullish trend line (btl), the bearish trend line (btl), and the overbought trend line (otl). ganntrader 3.1.
when we look at the nasdaq chart on the gann’s planet to price charting on ganntrader 3.0 below, we see that the neptune dowsers perfectly fit a bottoming of the nasdaq. the vengeful neptune is punishing the nasdaq for excesses we will not talk about. of course, a bottoming on the nasdaq is also a fine time to sell all of your nasdaq based stocks or to cut your losses. it is a great time to sell everything short and go long on gold and silver. it may be a fantastic time to sit on the sidelines and wait until the nasdaq is bottoming. meanwhile, go short the euro and wait for the euro to collapse as it did in july of 2011. while waiting for the weakness in the nasdaq, wait for the european central bank to collapse. plan your trading strategy as the euro manages the top of a short term bottom so that you can move in when the time is right to take advantage of the euro’s weakness. if you do this, you will have a very profitable trading year.
