i am trying to transfer my videos from my old vcr to my computer via the honestech vhs to dvd 2.5 software. i am having a problem because the software only picks up my s-vhs but when i try to transfer the vhs to the computer it does not record the program to my computer. i am trying to use the usb port on the back of the computer. i am very confused because i think the software is working because it shows the name of the program but it doesn’t record it.
